Chatoyant Beagles

Chatoyant is a small, family run kennel, having been showing at various levels for about 25 years. We breed a litter only when we would like to consider another beagle to show. Some of the family show the dogs, others train them, others help with the breeding and puppy rearing. Our show/breeding dogs are MLS hereditarily clear and NCCD tested clear. Puppies are reared in the house so are well socialised before they leave us.
We are members of the following breed clubs –
The Beagle Association, The Midland and Northern Counties Beagles Club and Four Counties Beagle Club.

Our dogs are much loved by visitors and their behaviour impresses people. The younger Chatoyant dogs attend Ringcraft and Obedience classes and I now help with the running of both these classes. Our current show dogs include a Group winner at Open show level. We have bred a dog who obtained his Stud Book Number. We are always happy to talk about beagles at any time.
