My first beagle was born in 1975 and I bred my first litter in 1977, the year I was granted my Royal Kennel Club Affix. Therefore, I have over 45 years’ experience of this wonderful breed.

I judge a few different hound breeds at Championship level and had the honour of achieving a lifetime ambition when I judged beagles at Crufts in 2020.   I have also judged at Championship level abroad.   I have been on the committee of the West Mercia Beagle Club since its first years in the mid 1970’s  and I am currently President.

I have bred a Champion, CC and RCC winners, many championship show first prize winners and stud book winners.

My aim has always been to breed sound,  healthy beagles of excellent breed type and temperament.  I have many people who now own their third and fourth beagle from me, thus building up a lifetime friendship providing ongoing advice and support when needed.

Occasion litters are bred usually when I want another to show or keep the old bloodlines going.

All my beagles are health tested clear for Lafora’s,  MLS,  NCCD,  IGS,  some have also been tested for FVII and certification is available for inspection.

Puppies are reared and socialized in the home which I feel is very important.  All approved new owners receive a full information pack prior to picking up the puppy to allow for planning and preparation.

All puppies go to their new homes having been KC registered,  microchipped,  vet checked,  first vaccinations,  wormed (record provided), validated health checks and 4-5 week insurance.

Older puppies and adults are occasionally available to permanent, loving homes.
